Established in 2021, Clear It Property Pty Ltd operates throughout Tasmania. Under the management of Scott and Fleur Noe, we provide a one-stop service for estate executors and administrators, as well as property owners and managers who need help to clear, care for and maintain a property.
We work with you — whether you are a legal professional, executor, carer, homeowner, renter or property manager — to oversee each job in a timely, organised and respectful way.
From household effects, furniture and personal belongings through to property preparation and maintenance, we agree the scope together. You remain in control at every stage.

Scott & Fleur Noe
Owners & Management
Since 1 July 2026, husband-and-wife team Scott and Fleur have operated Clear It Property. Scott brings hands-on experience in transport, arboriculture, landscaping and general property maintenance. Fleur offers more than 25 years of administrative experience, along with a lifelong connection to the Hobart community. Together, they provide practical support, compassionate communication and strong organisation throughout the clearance process.
